Sushi took FOREVER to get to our table with only 3 guests in the restaurant and it was shredded. It was cut unevenly and just... falling to pieces when it was brought out, clearly the chef staff was left alone untrained for the job. The Gyoza wasundercooked which was gross, but the edemame was good. Our server was completely overwhelmed despite only having 3 tables. First n probably the last time I go here. The rolls were just rolls with stuff piled up on top of them.. presentation was great... until the pile of toppings... not so great. I had jigh hopes but I was not pleased. Waitress was good. Kikkoman soy sauce was tosalty so probably not Kikkoman.. just put in the bottles. Read more

First time to Rock n Roll Sushi. Ordered drinks, waiter came back saying they were out of the drinks we ordered, so we made... another choice, and they were out of it also! meanwhile, the owner is holding the wall up. Finally found a drink they had, andwent ahead with our order. we placed an order for appetizers then our meal. After 25 minutes, we received our meal, notappetizers. ask about the appetizers, and waiter said they are still waiting on them. Meanwhile, owner is still holding thewall up. Received our appetizers 20 minutes after receiving our meal. The food was actually excellent, (but I did find my Wasabiunder the foil, my roll was in) and our waiter, Jayden, was great. Read more

The sushi is fine. When I moved to Memphis I expected that I would have a hard time getting good food. But the roll itself was a... disaster. It looked like a child rolled it. Food was good! Service sucked! Asked for a beer, eventually served in a Styrofoam cup, said wa out of glasses. Asked for another... beer, waited, waited, never came instead gave me the check. Won't be back strictly due to service. Read more

Most of the food was good. Good service. Not a fan of the Tommy Lee roll which was a bit nasty tasting. Everything else was... delicious. The Heart roll is my favorite. I would have given 5 stars but we had to ask for napkins, plates, and utensils afterour appetizer was delivered to the table. Also the bathrooms were a mess, no soap, one messed up toilet. The place wasn't thatcrowded so it's not that hard to periodically inspect. Read more

First time visiting. They have a nice patio with a fan but the TV doesn't work. Server said it's been out for a month. Best... Buy and Target walking distance away! Get a new TV! Ordered 2 alcoholic drinks but couldn't taste the alcohol in either. Thetaste was good. Food came out at a decent time. The server noticed a hair on my plate and took it back before I even seen it. Unfortunate but good catch. They gave me my food free. Had something called Prima Donna Rolls fried. The outside was hot butthe meat was cold. Still tasted good. The jalapeno stuffers was good also. I definitely enjoy their food. I do wish they were able to keep the porch warmed so they had more room so socially distance. We... had a table in the middle of the floor and people were walking by us the entire time - it was just impossible to not beconcerned the whole meal. However- our service was amazing. The food was really good. And we really like coming here on not sobusy hours. Read more
