Quick service, variety was well picked for the price and ability to choose sushi or seafood boils. Not many places sell... butterfly tea in memphis & I was delighted to see this on the drink menu with the hot teas. The calamari was a little dry it?sbreaded in cornmeal but it needed a little more flavor. The sushi roll needed a little more flavor and the construction wasshaky since most of them fell apart. Thursday dinner for two couldn't have been better! Friendly faces as you walk in the door and you're immediately seated. Our... waitress, Taylor, ended up being amazing and was extremely attentive to our every need. She made wonderful suggestions and wason top of her game! She was kind, quick, personable, and overall an incredible waitress. Easily one of the best customer serviceexperiences I've ever had. Pictures of what we ordered are attached and each was amazing in it's own unique way. Oysters, friedgreen tomatoes with spicy crab appetizer (shockingly super flavorful and delicious), deep fried volcano sushi roll, Japanesespring sushi roll, Philly sushi roll, avocado sushi roll, lovely girl sushi roll (not listed on menu), and the Hakushika sake!All extremely flavorful, plated beautifully, and cooked perfectly. I chose to go to saltwater crab on a date. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They have a wonderful drink menu. The food and... presentation of our meals was a 10 out of 10. Our waiter?s name was Zane he provided highly exceptional customer service he cameto check on us multiple times and made sure he took care of our requests quickly. LOVED LOVED LOVED! I stopped by on my way out of Memphis. I got seated right away by the bar since no tables were available. My... bartender was really nice. Can?t wait to go again. Haven?t had many fresh oysters with a terrific garlic vinegar to accompany them. The atmosphere was... perfect. Not too noisy not too quiet and clean. The presentation of the sushi and salad was above par. I wish I remembered thename of the rolls, I think Los Angeles and Batman roll. The sushi was flavorful, the sauces were perfectly paired just as thesalad dressing was expertly paired with the house salad. Had a business lunch here and enjoyed the sushi. The sushi burritos looked good, too. Seems a bit pricey for the amount of food,... but otherwise no complaints. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh, server was friendly, and the restaurant seemedclean.
