I went to Smoothie King on Riverdale this morning and bought a Lemon Twist Strawberry Smoothie. It was delicious, however, ... after 30 minutes to 45 minutes I became very ill. My husband informed me he had a similar situation that happened to himpreviously at this location. The management team of this establishment need to make sure their employees are keeping work areaclean, and make sure products are fresh and not expired. It makes no sense to have become this ill from drinking a Smoothie. Ihad to throw the rest of it out! Read more
Terrible! Asked a employee if the inside was open because I was walking up but another employee was unlocking the door. The... employee stated that they weren't open so I got in my car to sit in a long drive-tru. I start seeing customers walk in after Iwas stuck in the drive-tru! I'm so happy I moved out of Memphis because most Memphis people just don't care about anythinganyone!! I will not go back! There was a nice young man at the drive-tru window who helped me use the app. He was the only goodthing about my experience. Read more

Horrible service. The posted operations time on the website and the store door say they open at 7 am. Today , 5/26/2022, I... waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, until 7:15 am, waiting for someone to come to the speaker. No one came. I didn'tsee anyone on the store. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the longest I have waited at the speaker.Unfortunately, they are the closet store to my home so I have to take that gamble (if they'll open on time or not) when I gothere. They have great service you just have to be patient. Waiting in line is very true I don?t think the inside is open but the... drive-through always is. It?s very quick and convenient and close by planet fitness so it?s ideal for a quick meal replacementsmoothie if you have time.
