Awesome store. Open when other stores are not. Employees are awesome. Thank you for being open, working when others won't and... being so professional. Well that was a quick fall. 5 minutes after ordering my drink, a customer came in to ask for her drinkto be remade bc it wasn't how it usually was and then (despite her being polite and nonconfrontational), they closed the wholeinside of the store and kicked everyone out. This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. They are extremely kind and get people's orders quickly finished. Also they got... everyone's order correct including my own. They accepted my CashApp, Cash Card, as payment and also I took some cool photos toshow you all as well as my amount paid for a venti vanilla latte. The coffee was heavy on the syrup. As a pick-up order, it was on time but not complete as I had to go back to receive what I had... already paid for. When I went back, I was met with friction even when I showed proof on my receipt. It's a shame that Starbuckscustomer service is now trying to make a customer feel bad for asking what I had already paid for. I was afraid to even ask forthem to remake my coffee. So, I just threw it away in the trash can on my way out. It was a $12 waste of money and I would notrecommend this Starbucks location for now. Read more
