I visited this location on tonight I asked for just meat and cheese on my tacos I received my tacos they were cold and they put... lettuce on the tacos instead of them remaking them the way I wanted they removed the lettuce off the tacos so they had litelettuce, why I can't get what I want when I spend my money, I also asked if I could get fresh nacho fries the female ordertaker replied that they had just prepared them and guess what they were cold, when I arrived to the pick up window to pay it wasa female cashier at the window with a brown jacket on and she had a hood on her head and her nose ring was visible as well, veryunprofessional she didn't greet me at all no customer service skills at all, an I couldn't she her name tag but the receipt saysTerrika , my order apparently had been ready for a minute but the female cashier was on her cellphone on a personal busy matterwhich I could hear her somewhat thru the window. So when she finished her call on her cell phone she handed me the cold food.Please train your cashiers the importance of good quality customer service because if I was a secret shopper that wouldn't havebeen good at all, also please give the customer what they ask and for.
