First, this franchisee needs to retrain his employees to learn how to treat customers. When we entered the restaurant, we had... told the one of hostesses who completely ignored us that we had already been on the waitlist she didn’t even acknowledge us,and was extremely rude, and proceeded to see two separate families who are not on the waitlist before us. We only had two peoplein our party. When the other hostess came back, my husband approached her, and she immediately sat us. Then we were not givenany silverware. We were only given plastic to go silverware. I had to use the restroom which was absolutely disgusting. Seepictures. It was overcrowded. The staff was extremely rude and my steak was over cooked. My friends and I went to this location on Friday November 18, 2022. It was very crowded at this Texas Roadhouse location.... Luckily I signed up for the wait list online, and we were able to get a seats quickly. With the restaurant being busy that nightI could tell that my waitress was a little bit stressed, but she was very nice and patience with us. Texas Roadhouse is mostlyknown for it bread and I can definitely see why. The bread was really soft and the cinnamon butter went quite well with thebread. For Dinner I had The "Road Kill" with a side of fries and mash potatoes. The "Road Kill" is chopped steak with jackcheese, sautèed onions, and sautèed mushrooms. The toppings on the steak somehow blended well together and made the steakreally enjoyable. The fries was really good, but need a little bit more seasoning. The mash potatoes was ok as well, somethingjust feel missing from the mash potatoes. The strawberry lemonade was good to wash everything down tho!!!! Read more
We had dinner here while staying across the street at a hotel. Half rack of ribs was pretty big and meaty! Husband loved his... rib eye, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Drinks were good and service was good too! Read more
I visited Texas Roadhouse for a steak dinner and was disappointed with the overall experience. The steaks were delicious, but... the waitress was slow and the steaks were not cooked to the right temperature. The hostess was very rude when taking our namesand we almost made us left because of it. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also a concern, as there was food debris on myfork and knife. I would've given 5 stars, but it took so long in getting our food that my husband had to go ask. People arrived several minutes... after us and got their food way before us. The food was delicious and the waitress was nice. Just slow slow slow. Read more
What an excellent night!! I came to Texas Roadhouse with the family. They were busy with a very small wait. Our waitress was... wonderful. She was working hard in a busy restaurant on a night when most people want to be at home with their family. The foodwas excellent. The waitress was amazing. We wanted for nothing. Another great meal at one of our favorite chains. Rolls and sweet butter are as amazing as always. Portobello mushroom chicken... is delicious. Sweet potato with brown sugar is also good. Dallas filet 8 oz. seems very small, and the steamed veggies are thecheap kind and consist mostly of cut carrot. But the steak tastes good. Side Caesar salad is a hearty portion. Read more
