I went in to order food but was never asked about what I wanted. No one came to take my order. This was poor customer service.... The guy at the door was really nice and I feel like he was the only person who cared in this situation. He made sure I had amenu and smiled while giving good eye contact and greeted me when I came in. He then went back to the door. There were two guysat the bar who never acknowledged me. That's rude. Love love love!! We went both nights we were in town from St Louis. Had a great time. Avocado tacos & Mac n cheese are to die... for. The band Matt Bennett is phenomenal. We didn’t get her name but the waitress w the tattoo on her arm that said shouldhave been a cowboy was the sweetest and our waitress both nights. We got a kick out of her. The whole staff was great. Till nexttime Tin Roof. Read more

While the atmosphere was cool and music was good this was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at a bar/restaurant. The... three people working looked miserable, and this was very early in the day when there were only about 10 customers total. Handedme a food menu then didn’t come back around for 20+ minutes to take my order even as we made eye contact from down the barmultiple times. The three of them sat behind the bar talking amongst each other almost the entire time. Saw multiple people comeup to the bar and wait an inexcusable amount of time to get service for how slow it was Read more

v Most of the people we saw working there looked as though they could care less and acted the same way. They did not have any... servers so the person running the bar was attempting to do both jobs. The musician they had in there was good and enjoyable. Mydrink was good but, my wife's margarita was not at all. The food we had there was only fair. Read more

Fun place on Beale St. It was more the country vibe rather than the Soul / Rhythm and Blues you expect from Beale, but it was... also the liveliest place we found on Beale. Cover charge of $10 was steep too, after paying $5 just to get on Beale. The placehad a live band playing on a Friday night, doing covers of 90s bands. Read more

I went here about a month ago and I still can’t get over how negative of a restaurant experience this was. The upstairs... bathroom has a stall without a door and the door to the bathroom doesn’t lock. Tons of flies and wet toilet paper. Thebathroom downstairs wasn’t much better with bugs and when I was doing my business the lights automatically turned off. I waswith a group with a lot of vegetarians and they were very unaccommodating. They had “salad” which was just lettuce croutonsand ranch and store bought buns for my friends. The chicken tacos were just awful most of the meat was either raw or had bonesin it. Poor service when I ordered a salad they gave me the wrong one and forgot the dressing as well. Lastly, we came to seescheduled live music and the entire 2 hours we were there the band showed up when we left. The best part of all of it was howthe staff that we interacted with did little to nothing to create and better experience. I highly don’t recommend and will notbe returning by far hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had!!! Read more

Great venue with fantastic live music every night. The staff were friendly and the beer wasn't expensive. There was also no... cover charge. I love it and can't wait for my next visit from South Africa. ???? Read more
