The BBQ here was great. I had the smoked turkey leg and my husband had the rib tips. Both meats were great and our meals had... some soul sides of greens, yams and corn bread. Definitely different from Texas style BBQ. Tom's Barbecue Memphis was a delightful trip, it was very authentic. Must try the... baby back ribs, these were extremely tender.
