The meat from my sandwich was like wood dry and odd tasting... ordered a apple turnover it was raw doughy and undercooked. Took... a few bites of each and decided it was safer to toss and not risk food poisoning.. a waste of money and my lunch break. I have to say this was not a good experience. My brisket sandwich was completely drenched in coleslaw. It was just way too much.... Heavy slaw on top and bottom. It made the sandwich very cold. I asked for the brisket to be sliced but it was shredded. The longstrands of shredded beef were very tough. The entire sandwich was completely inedible. Food was horrible. Ask for 2 fries get fries and pie. I got hamburger combo. They charged me extra .50 cause they were out of... regular size cups but didn't inform me at all. Then cashier didn't know how to take split payment. It was filled with fliesinside. Manger whispering to employee in front of me when addressed about additional fee. Very unprofessional. Don?t order online!! I was very happy and surprised to see that I can order online and pay with Apple Pay. After placing my... order, I arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes after the pick up time. I was told they were out of nacho sauce and brisket.I asked for a refund but they said I had to call corporate. They had just started the first sandwich of the order. There were nocustomers in the store and I was confused as to why they were just starting. After waiting another 30 minutes for my order, mylarge side items were delivered to me small, and the jumbo pulled pork had about a quarter of an inch of meat on it. If you geta to go order, expect that it?s not going to be right and you will need to explain to them what?s wrong with it. The store wasmessy and they were flies everywhere. This was the quickest I ever got my food here, new employees. The sandwich was so hot and plenty of sauce but not to much, the... meat was so soft and it was a big sandwich!! I put a couple of bites in it before I even knew it. Plus I got the drink free!!! Read more
