Absolutely disappointed. Went out to a friends house with my boyfriend and came to Wendy?s just to have 4 cars infront of us. So... we waited about 20min just to get our order in. We have separate cars so my boyfriend asked if we could do two separate orders,and lady responded with ?no we about to close soon? like ??? Ma?am y?all close at 12. It?s only 10:30. So not only did she lieto us bc they?re lazy, she also was super disrespectful and didn?t even take our order. I don't eat fast food often but we were leaving Botanic Gardens and this is what my grandkids picked! We walked in and it was... very clean and the young lady immediately greeted us. We placed our order and it was bagged separately according to order! Thestaff was very friendly and our food was hot! I was excited about our visit. I give them a thumbs up! Read more
This place just you can tell they don?t care . Pull up to the drive through , yo order. Asked for items out of most of... everything ordered ( supply issues I get ) don?t even get told a total just told to pull around , in the time it took to pullaround there was a guy through the drive through window slamming a long metal tray on the ground and almost hit my car . Service sucks! My sister tstood in line while three if us used the restroom. Come out and they still hadn't took her order. We... stood there for about five minutes along with two other customers. No one asked if they could help us or anything. Finally thegentleman said something then they took my sister order. We stood waiting again because they didn't have any change. I stopped by because the line was short and I was in a hurry. I ordered a biggie bag with chicken blt sandwich. I upsized my... meal. They pulled me up for 12 minutes. As I was getting out of the car, he was walking out. I told him my fries were cold andmy lemonade was water now. He said the fries were sitting out while they cooked more nuggets.
