It was 10 o clock a m. The line of the drive thru was very long it took about 5 min per car to get waited on. Inside should been... open to give people a choice if they wanted to be in the drive thru for 45 mins. Read more

Tawanna (spelling?) is the best and happiest & sassy-est server associate I have ever run into. We came up from South Florida, ... she is better than anyone we have there. You have to go see her. Awesome food, always fresh and hot. But unfortunately the downfall is going at night. That-line-is- ridiculous!! I was there... at least an hour waiting I don't see much food worth waiting for that long. But I like the food, not the wait. Read more

The food was typical Wendy's. We were very disappointed that the soda machine did not work. I tried many different drinks and... they were all bad. I went to the front counter to let them know. They already knew, but they didn't bother to tell us when weordered. Absolutely horrible. We paid for sodas and didn't get them. Read more

We were a little early for Graceland and wanted burgers. I checked the web page for this store and saw burgers began at 1030am... and the dining area would open at 1030am also. I called THIS restaurant from the parking lot at 1015am to confirm both thingsand the person responded " uh huh " to both things so we waited. At 1040 we went to the door and the female manager gave me acut throat sign as I pulled to open the door and she walked away. I walked around to the drive up window to let them know I hadcalled and what I was told. The same person said "I don't know where you called or who you talked to but it wasn't here, wedon't open the doors or serve burgers until 11:15 , and told the worker next to her to close the window on me. I knocked on thewindow, and she came back. I pressed redial on my phone and the phone inside right next to her started ringing. I told her thatwas the number I dialed. She just looked at me and closed the window. I detest liars. She doesn't deserve a job much less beinga manager. Read more

Went there for lunch,8 June, manager keeps the door locked so they dont have to clean the eating area. When I finally got in.... Cashier was very rude, possible intoxicated. Didn't eat I left very dissatisfied. Please check on all your restaurants inMemphis to reassure the the manager and employees are doing there job. Read more

At 6:27 I arrived at Wendy?s, it was a employee as seen in the picture standing by the front door smoking a cigarette with her... apron on. I advise that my food had hair in it. I asked do I need to go through the drive thru. She stated ?the front door isopen? I parked the car and went in. Gave the employee the food with hair in it. She then went in the back, to make a new one.All the other employees, had their hats/visors on. She was the only employee that did not (as seen in picture), she went in theback to make my food without her proper materials on AGAINNN!!!. So it seems she the one got hair in the food at first sinceshe?s the only one with her hair not secure. I asked her why is you over my food with your hair not tied up she got an attitudeand stated ?I?m cleaning I?m not around your food? when in the picture she was clearly around it. So got so mad that she startedmaking comments in being irate and disrespectful towards the customer. Read more
