11.26.22. Menu changed two weeks ago per the waitress. Nothing like the website. VERY limited. No ribs now. Management needs to... revise the website /menu for sure. The website is what brought us here today. MISTAKE! Poor service all around. My brisketsandwich was crunchy and definitely not smoked. When I told the assistant manager about it she said rudely " you ate it so youhave to pay for it." At least two couples ahead of us had a similar experience. Read more
Great place for a burger. I had the mushroom and swiss. needed a few more mushrooms for my liking. The fried onions are like a... blooming onion just not the whole onion. Very tasty. Some of us ordered the fish and shrimp and said it was light crispy andflavorful. Will try that next time. Read more
Front row Motorcycle parking. Clean restrooms and a bread buffet that people usually don?t know about. Large spaces to... accommodate most size crowds and a menu that has something for everyone at great prices. Grab your check and pay as you leavenear the main entrance. Read more

Would have given the 5th star had the waitress been a little more polite. Very short,pushy,and acted like she didn't want to be... there. Now onto the food..... The mushrooms were great first time we ever had marinara sauce with mushrooms but it was real goodThe Philly Steak was one of the better ones I've had in the area. Dinner salad was excellent had everything you'd want on it.Wife had the bacon cheeseburger with a side of slaw. She said the burger was good buy a little dry and the slaw was good forArkansas. I have gone here before and never had an experience as bad as the one I had last night. I went to eat with my 13 month old... daughter at the Branding Iron last night and wasn?t even offered a highchair. This is not a big deal to me as they gave me abooth but it is common courtesy to offer a high chair or if you don?t have one available apologize for not having one available.It was not busy at all last night and it took a good 15-20 minutes to receive the side salad that I had ordered. Again, not abig deal. I ordered my steak medium-well and received it medium-rare. Very disappointed but I didn?t want to send it back forwaste of a steak being thrown away. My baked potato was extremely over cooked and almost chewy, but thankfully I was givenenough sour cream and butter to hide the taste. My steak knife was EXTREMELY dull to where I was better off using my butterknife. The waitress wasn?t very friendly at all, but I understand she may have been having a bad day. The part that I hated themost about the whole experience was they tried to charge me over $50 when I ordered a 12oz ribeye, baked potato, side salad,green beans and a water. Thankfully they corrected it to the amount it was supposed to be. When the cashier asked me how my mealwas and I said, ?It was ok? he laughed. Very bad experience there and I don?t foresee me going back anytime soon. I am just verydisappointed with a restaurant where I spend almost $30 to get my comfort food and it was no comfort at all. First time here, ever. We had tried the past two years during CMA colors rally but too long of lines... Came in today for lunch... and was BLOWN AWAY that we got a 6oz steak with 3 sides 12 bucks... Geez this is unheard of. Our waitress was the best partalthough the food was perfect. Both our steaks was tender and done just as we asked. My daughter got fish and shrimp and it toowas done perfect and tasty. The bread bar was a bonus then to top it off a fantastic waitress. We look forward to coming hereagain soon. Read more
The steak was dry. The green beans were cold. We had to ask where our salads were and then had to find someone and ask for... silverware. NEVER coming back. Read more
