Cold fries, missing chicken, long wait even after close to 30 mins of ordering online. Negative atmosphere all together and I... think it was because of the manager there that seemed to belittle everyone, including customers. The chicken we did receive wasfull of grease and was no where near extra crispy. Skin was soggy and falling off. It was not even edible. Fries were cold. Took 45 minutes to get our orders (two 3-piece tenders and fries) then instead of fries, they gave us mashed potatoes and... macaroni and cheese with no utensils (we were driving, no way to eat that food)! When we returned to get our orders corrected,we were asked what we wanted them to do about it...it finally took another 20 minutes to get the fries. Poor management, awfulservice.
