My sister and I went here for lunch ordered our food and proceeded to wait 20 minutes later we finally got someone to come n... talk to us apparently our order got discarded so they said they would fix it then meanwhile people in the drive thru was comingin saying there orders were wrong and people on the inside were doing the same.we finally went back to counter and got our orderit was cold and nasty and half our order wasn't there.needless to say we left and won't go back.they had 5 employees so therewas no excuse for the service or food being bad. Update: gave them another chance, got the deluxe box. Didn't receive my nacho fries, the meat was bland and tasteless, and the... Doritos locos taco smelled off. Fully expect to not only spend the night on the pot, but probably part of tomorrow aswell. Don't go here. Order 21 dollars worth of burritos and asked for fire sauce. Get 1 fire sauce 7 mild 5 hot and 1 diablo. Asked the nice lady at... the window if i could have some more fire and she rudly told me she wasnt allowed to give me the sauce i asked for? After futherdiscussing it with her she rudly handed three more packets to my wife and slammed the window in our face. Wonderful customerservice. Have never experienced this at a taco bell. An item priced at 1.49 (Ck chptle melt) was not in my order when I got home. I checked my receipt and called the store. I spoke... with Donovan to let him know. He argued with me was unbelievably rude. Told me it was in the bag. I explained that was the onlyitem not included but it was fine if he would just make a note I would get it or the credit next time I was in town. Continuedto be rude. I asked for the manager he explained he was the GM. I asked for his managers name and he ing up. Very disappointed. Read more
Updated Review: The service has greatly improved. My orders have been correct and tasty. On occasion they can get backed up in... the drive thru, but if my order is correct, I?m happy. Read more
This has got to be worst taco bell ever. Every time they mess up, go threw today 3 beef Supreme $5 box. Asked them this time... easy lettuce but make sure meat on it. Nope extra lettuce had search for meat. So call up there they say thats not what we askedthe girl even tho on phone it was a man said he took order. Very rude disrespectful person working period. Now local rants tacobell all over it. So to owners please do something before more out of state people come and get this horrible service. Or closeit down put in a real place people can actually get decent food. Sickening this place seriously. If you call Becarefull theydon't answer nice then turn fax machine on you. Worst service ever. I?ve literally NEVER left a review, good or bad, on anything. Quite frankly, after 6 months straight of consistently poor... service, something needs to be said. The staff is ALWAYS rude, regardless of who it is. They mess up the order EVERY time, askif you want sauce and half the time don?t give hardly any. 9 times out of 10, the food is cold and falling apart. NOBODY SHOULDHAVE TO EAT A TACO WITH A FORK; Especially not after dealing with the hell you have to go through just to get the darn food. Read more
