I discovered this place while intending to go to KFC for a pot pie. The lobby was closed and the drive-up line was out to the... street, so I pulled into the parking lot behind it to turn around. There I discovered Tuscan Oven! I come here sometimes forlunch even though it is a drive from downtown Albany, during the pandemic so many places are closed and I tire of the optionsaround the Capital Building. They have a good variety of pizza here, at lunchtime there are several premade slice pizzavarieties, and they also make good subs. I haven't ever gotten a dessert here but they have interesting selections, and a widevariety of beverages as well. They also have more than Italian food. I have been considering trying the gyros or cheesesteaks.Haven't had them yet, but I can vouch for what I have had here. Read more
Prices have risen, I suppose with the cost of things. The food is made fresh, however I find much of it Bland and not all that... inspired. They have gorgeous looking pizza beyond the typical pepperoni and sausage. I used to be wowed by their Pizza or eventheir wings. These days the ingredients strike me as rather Bland. They have phenomenal hours open to 2 a.m. on the weekends.They have increased their offerings to include ice cream, pints of ice cream, pie and cheesecake. They are quick andconscientious. During lunch time they offer a buffet. Although I think the quality has dipped, storage location is convenientfor me and the hours can't be beat. It's definitely worth a try. Read more
Placed a pick-up order online. Their system stated 20- minutes. Went to pickup order 20-minutes later and then had to wait an... additional 40-minutes for my order. At no time did they apologize or call to give a heads up that the order was going to takemore than 20-minutes. They even made us pay as soon as we got there since the order was "almost done" making it so that it washard to leave. Read more
I work in Watervliet and this is the only restaurant I order from because their delivery is so quick; I get my food within 20... minutes of ordering. Try their burgers, they are delicious. 5? Read more
