Always enjoy the pizza and pastas that we order from here. Lately the delivery driver we've had she has been very communicative... anytime there is a delay in our delivery. Spoken with the owner before because we had an error on one of our pizzas a while backand she was very patient and kind even remade up that pizza and ran it out herself to us. Read more
I have ordered from this place 5 different times? and four of those orders were wrong. So, the last time I called and got... delivered the incorrect order (again!) I decided to get a refund. It?s been over a week and apparently the regional managerneeds to call me to be able to process a refund?!!!! Like ????. It?s been over a week and I still haven?t gotten my refund so Iguess I?ll have to call again. Normally and regularly we order from here and the food is great. Very few complaints. This time, I ordered the Pompeii... Pepperoni, a new pizza they're featuring, and it was awful! Half the ingredients were absent and missing from the pizzaaltogether, even though I ordered it as is, just to give it a try. It seemed half burnt around the edges, and the crust wasn'tchewable. The cheese was clumpy and the cup and char pepperoni was just barely visible. No tomato or fresh basil to be seenanywhere. I'm disappointed. I'm not going to order that pizza again. They got other good stuff, but that new one no way! Read more
I absolutely love ordering from this location! The pizzas are always cooked to perfection and the toppings are generous. The... sandwiches are tasty and full of flavor. And they have a big variety of sides- something the other chains don't. Whether I callin my order or do it through the website I always get amazing customer service. The staff are really friendly and are alwayssmiling. The delivery drivers always bring my food hot and they follow any instructions I leave for them. The lobby is clean andthe soda cooler is well stocked. Wait times may be longer during rush times but it's totally worth the wait! Read more
Moved recently and switched from getting our delivery from Appleton to getting it from the Neenah/Menasha restaurant and have... been disappointed both times. The first time, the pizza had obviously been held vertically for a while, with all cheese sauceand toppings slid to a lump along one edge of the box The second time, my Margherita pizza came with no sauce, and the tiniestamount of ingredients, including the palest, saddest diced tomatoes I've ever seen in my life. Pretty good. But a bit pricey. Paid $25 for a 14" pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a can of Pepsi to be delivered with a 3.00... tip. Website is a bit tricky to navigate to order on mobile. Pizza was here in about an hour from when I ordered. Deliveryinstructions were followed which is always nice. Next time I'd be willing to order again with coupons which I didn't see untilafter I ordered. So if you're going to order, check the coupons first :) overall, it was pretty good pizza. Well made. I ordered pizza and nuggets for a meeting. Iw as given a 35 minute delivery time. I called an hour after ordering and was told... it would be on it's way soon, that they only had 2 drivers. Called again 20+ more minutes later and was told the driver had justgotten back to pick up our food and he would be there in 10-15 minutes. Pizza was good, warm, not hot, and nuggets were tootough to chew and cold. They also sent the wrong sauce. I called to suggest reimbursement and was given $5 credit. This was my2nd similar experience with GNP and will not be ordering again. Read more
