Waited 20 mins in the drive thru while door dashing because the doors were locked. Got up to them to say I'm here and they told... me to go around at the doors. All of the employees minus 2-3 were sitting in the dining room doing nothing. Read more
Drive-thru employee was very rude. The person who took my order specifically told me to go to window 2. Because of the line... ahead of me I ended up stopped right at the first window (where you normally pay) for a minute or so. There was a lady in thatarea but she was busy doing something else and never approached the window. I didn't think much about it since I was told to goto the other one anyway. When I got to the pick-up window, the girl working there asked if I paid at the first one. I told herno, nobody came to the window, plus I was told to come to this one. Without a word, she rolled her eyes at me, snapped my debitcard out of my hand, and stomped over to a register. Then she practically threw the bag of food at me and slammed the windowshut without saying a word. No thank you or anything! I was totally shocked! Even IF I misunderstood the person who told me togo to window 2, I was stopped at the first one for a long enough time that someone could easily have taken my payment there. Not a big fan of this McDonald's. Last few times eating here my fries are cold during lunch hour an when im paying .30 per cub... of tater I'd like it to be fuller then a 1/4 of a 2oz that you only get a few fries worth also burger was definitely on the rareside compared to how they normally cook it. I had to repeat myself at the dt speaker repeatedly. I got to the first window and had to explain it two more times. I was told... they had it and to pull to the second window. I had to explain myself again. When I got home with my order and went to myburgers the inside was completely pink and not cooked all the way through. The service was horrible and the food was worse. This McDonald's and I have a love hate relationship. I love their employees that I've gotten to know over the years living close... by. I hate that the young kids always forget SOMETHING, even simple stuff like straws or sauce. I guess that's the standard fastfood these days. Read more
Over the years this Mcdonalds has slowly lost its way. Everytime i order from here now i noticed the food quality getting worse.... Anywhere from missing condiments, utensils, drinks tasting like straight carbonated to now burgers and sandwiches literallylooking like a salad bowl inside the box, wrap or bag. Not impressed with the food today. We got parked for 5 minutes since we asked for a well done burger, and the fries came out... looking like they were from the freezer. They were barely even warm. The apples for the happy meal were also browned and slimywith a best buy date of tomorrow. Yikes. Read more
I just get a large cup of black coffee here, almost daily. Best coffee around. Always friendly staff.
