Food wasn't ready 15 minutes after they said it would be and 2bor the 4 pizzas were made wrong
We are new to the area but not new to the pizza hut lovers family so I thought I would give this location a try. Well firstly I... always have a custom order bc we are picky , but not a problem at all knocked it out of the park with this order. I orderedcurbside bc I am out of delivery zone, not a problem though... EXCEPT I gave the wrong color of my vehicle, forgetting it wasbeing prepared for paint. So when I arrived I did wait a little longer than expected, but as I said I gave the wrong color ofvehicle. But it wasn't a problem the lady went above and beyond to make sure I got my food by #1 seeing me and asking me if itwas me and #2 she didn't have my order it was inside staying HOT! I WAS IMPRESSED! Above and beyond is where I was so impressedwith along with the correct and hot nature of our order. So thank you Mendenhall Pizza Hut!!! We will be back! Read more
I can not say enough great things. First Jennifer has been in there many times where I have noticed that she is the only one... working, however she never lets that slow her down. While putting pizzas in the oven, working the front she still greets everysingle person that walks in the door with a smile on her face asking welcoming everyone. Last night when I entered Pizza Hut wasextremely busy. Jennifer from the back greeted everyone coming in the door. She had someone helping that just got into workalso. I know there was 4 people in front of me and at least 4 more walked in after I arrived the whole time they are busymoving getting pizzas in the oven helping people at the front and welcoming every single person in there. I am going to say theyoung lady that was working the front was new only because I seen her ask a few questions. But both of them were very nice andprofessional the whole time. Jennifer is however one of the most friendliest, professional people I have ever met. Shedeserves recognized for her hard work she truly makes everyone feel like they are the important ones when they walk in there. Read more

I was there at around 11:00am and the store manager was the only one there working. She rocked it! She pulled pizzas, she cooked... wings, she made cinnabuns, she also made phone orders between all of that. She needs a raise and a long vacation! I didn't gether name but I do know she was the manager. Please give her some kind of recognition. Read more
I arrived to pick up pizza and when I called to tell them I was there they asked my name and then said she would bring it right... out. After fifteen minutes I called back and was informed that it would be out shortly. A few minutes later a very rude managercame out and told me that my order didn?t come through and that it might get refunded but if not I could call corporate. When Iasked why I was not told this when I called twenty minutes ago to tell them I arrived she said ?I don?t know I didn?t answer thephone and there?s other people in there.? She offered no options other than the previous mentioned and told me she couldn?t doanything for me. After I explained that I was disappointed in the way she handled it I asked for a manager. she said ?this is mystore, I?m the manager here.? She finally offered to go make the pizza. However, after she left I became concerned about herdoing something to the order, so I left. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Read more
Very disappointed in the pizza I received. I ordered a pepperoni and italian sausage, but it felt more like a cheese pizza... with some pepperoni and sausage scattered about. Not sure if they were trying to save money, but they surely lost a customerwith that pizza. Read more
