Very 1st time there and I enjoyed my Burger and Fry meal soda was huge.
The service was very slow, I walked in behind 2 other customers and the woman took their orders and had me wait while she put... fries in container. Then it took them 10 minutes to get the food out and this was at lunch time. The burger was average at bestand the fries were over cook, way to hard. Traveling through Mississippi to Oklahoma and stopped to get a burger hoping it might be similar to Braum?s. Oh Em Gee it was so... NOT good! Thinnest piece of dried out meat ever. Bun was stale, added bacon that seemed as if it had sat out all morning.Definitely do not recommend. I?m not a McDonald?s fan, but a burger from there would have been a million times better. We are new to the area and I had never eaten at wards so it's the obvious choice right? Well it was amazing! However I didn't... get a burger, my husband did and raved over his chili Bacon cheeseburger; me on the other hand has a thing for a good fishsandwich and guess what theirs did NOT disappoint! It was hot , fresh , and made to order. We accompanied our meals with Rootbeer floats and a water each. Full was an understatement, if not for our fur baby there would have been leftovers. But above thesimply delicious food was the staff. Unfortunately bc of COVID-19 I have become accustomed to rude, over worked, underpaidstaff; to my surprise the staff that I interacted with was smiling and pleasant even with all of my"Can I get's". I can't find the words to express myself. This restaurant is very slow with service at the drive thru, and the employees are... very impolite. They always have attitudes that really turns the customers off. That is bad enough and then you find out thatyour order is wrong. That really works my nerves. Read more
Restaurant looks outdated, ,dark , restroom was filthy (Women's). Service was fine a few mistakes. The food quality was not... worth the price. But they do have a Great Chocolate Shake. Read more
