The Mendota McDonald's was thorough this time! Had ordered a large order and they got it right the first time. Didn't have to go... through the drive-thru to complain and have them fix it. THANK YOU!!! I am so very grateful that the Mendota McDonald's servesBreakfast all day long!! I just came from my doctors appointment and my stomach wasn't feeling up for a hamburger. I rememberedMcDonald's serves McMuffins so I ordered a Sausage Egg Cheese McMuffin meal with Orange Juice. That really hit the spot. I recently visited this mcdonalds location at about 10:38 AM and I ordered the 2 sausage egg&cheese Mcmuffin sandwiches which... are 2 for 5 and I was told since I came after breakfast was over which breakfast ends at 10:30 AM I had to pay for thesandwiches individually I couldn't get the 2 for 5 dollar special so i went ahead and bought the sandwiches anyways so Ivisited this mcdonalds location a few days later again around the same time after 10:30 AM and I ordered the same thing againand they gave them to me for 2 for 5 dollars so im confused as to why It's a different price on different days I assume theuoung lady assisting me was in a bad mood she was really rude if your not happy where you work or you don't know how to interactwith people then flip burgers in the back or simply find another job that doesn't require people skills thank you in advance Read more
This mcdonalds need an upgrade in customer service and management they will not get your order rite and when you tell them they... get mad lady that is manager is rude she acts like if you are being rude to her. When all I was asking was to get my order riteshe tells me I'm getting a free big Mac lol I paid for it I expect to get what I Paid for the guy that is there acts like hewants to get froggy with a customer I tell you people don't know how to act. Such bad service, when I got to drive-thru, the person couldn?t hear me& I literally had to yell so they could hear me? The... person didn?t get my order correct, the order I did get was literally falling apart, slapped onto the paper wrap sauce dripping&I ordered a 20 piece& only got 8 nuggets in one box& 9 in the other, when I told the manager about this she literally brushed meoff& told me ?what do you want me to do?? Maybe get my order correct?? When I showed them the bag, they told me ?things in thebag tend to move around when their handed? there?s no way with a simple pass will all my burgers fall apart, so I guess I was toblame at the end?
