Decided to stop here Sunday night. I'm glad I did. The staff was amazing and was very personable; like you were a part of... their family. The food was very good and authentic made from scratch. Wanted to check out this restaurant, but the service was bad , asked for guacamole DIDNT RECD IT ! Asked for more flour... tortillas DIDNT COME ASKED FOR EXTRA NAPKINS UNTIL I ASKED AGAIN DIDNT GET MORE BEER . She wasn?t around . I was disappointed ,also the food wasn?t all that too simple no taste not even with the hot sauce they gave us . Will not come again . First andlast time . Read more

As a relative newcomer to the town, this was our first time here. The food was wonderful with generous portions. We ordered a... take out order ahead of time for my son's birthday party, and the order was hot, fresh, and exactly on time. The people at ElZarape did fantasticly! From taking the order and answering my questions ( minutes after opening) to the preparation andpackaging of my order, they knocked it out of the park! Great job!!! Read more
The parking here is very tight and a little difficult to navigate if it is a busy night. The handicap accessibility getting in... the restaurant is not the easiest but once you are in it is very easy to get around. We have been here many times and for themost part enjoy it. Tonight the service was just ok. I am pretty sure they changed their salsa recipe as it was not as flavorfulas it normally is., it tasted like and had the consistency of a can of diced tomatoes and onions. The other hot sauces theyoffered were very good though. The chips were all crushed and were not as fresh tasting as they normally are. The strawberrybanana margaritas were very good and well balanced. 3 of us at the table ordered the steak chimichanga meal and they did notdisappoint. They were crispy and well filled with steak and cheese, the sides were rice and a little fried corn taco shellholding the refried beans were very tasty. The chicken roll was pretty bland tasting but was filled with what the menuindicated. There is a sign on the door asking if you would please use cash to help them keep costs down which was fine with us. Read more
Food was very delicious! Ordered the steak burrito ???? and some fried mushrooms! Service was great and our waitress was very... friendly and helpful. The Gold margarita was perfect! Will definitely go back here. Next time we're going to eat outside though! Read more

We were in-town for a funeral, and researching the options, decided on Mexican. The food wasgood (nothing over the top), but rather pricey (locally, our bill would have been half what it was here).
