The manager, employees and food is great! You always get this beautiful cursive hand writing on your delivery boxes and... perfectly equaled out pizza toppings. I've been ordering from this Rosati's in Mendota since 2019 but the Franchise itself sincemy teenage years. The only complaint I have is that they're $$$ a tad, but worth the buck if you have it. They're never lateand always on time/ early and from my experience the manager always usually has your back if you're not being a Karen and yourreasoning is valid. Just give the workers respect and you'll receive the same energy back :) The reason for 4 stars is justthe pricing has gone up from my experience. Still great food. Thanks for your services! 9-30-21 Lost two stars last night. I posted the review below a couple of months ago. We have been back to Rosati's a few more... times since then. The service is just bad. I don't know any other way to put it. We ordered cocktails, we were charged for"doubles" - which may be what we got, but that is not what we ordered. We waited and waited for food. There had been two othertables of four people in the restaurant when we arrived, but they were long gone before we got our food. When the food arrived,it was clear that it had been sitting back in the kitchen for a while. The Italian beef was dried out and looked like it hadbeen under a heat lamp for half an hour. The pizza was cold. The food was edible, but the experience was disappointing to besure. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Rosati?s I would go to again and again. The food is so good? truly tasty and comforting. Not hautecuisine, but well prepared excellent food. I would have given it all five stars if the service was better. Hire some staff over16 who knows how to wait and serve. Otherwise, good job. We decided to do an early dinner and a friend gave us a menu with some coupons so we decided to give Rosatis a try. Since we... arrived at an off time of day it took a long time to be acknowledged and seated but once we did get seated the service was verygood and we were in want of nothing. The parking was onstreet parking so I am not sure what it would be like on a busy night.The seating was plentiful and nicely spaced to keep with covid precautions. Most of the staff was appropriately masked but somenot at all. The service as I said was very good so the food came out very hot and fresh. On the night we were went there was aSaturday night special you pay for one size pizza but you get a pizza one size larger so that was great, I don't know if this isalways the way it is or if it was just something they were trying. 6 of us went to dinner at Rosatis Mendota last night and we had a great time! Our waitress Kelsey was so courteous and friendly.... We were all laughing and joking with her and she was a delight to deal with. Everyone was very friendly there and I'm sure it'sbecause the manager Brian is personable also.
