Great little shop. So for the last month or so daily I've been getting the coffee grounds in my beverage to the point it's... undrinkable. Today again it's happened and I understand that mistakes happen. But not daily and it's caribou or Starbucks. I've done it! I've reached a top restaurant reviewer, although I mainly reviews thrift and antique shops. But I certainly do... enjoy a good Caribou treat. So a review must happen. Can?t emphasize this enough: the employees at this location are incredibly kind, outgoing, and attentive. In my opinion, sunny... demeanor is never necessary from a service worker (they deal with enough), but the pure good vibes that always exude from thedrive thru window never fail to brighten my morning. You can tell that people here genuinely get along, and that friendlinessextends to the customers. I always get a little compliment or pleasant conversation that makes me want to come back when thatspecific employee is working again. But they?re literally all that great! Caribou coffee and breakfast bagels are awesome atany location?but you can?t replicate the Friendly Neighborhood Feeling this spot has. Every employee here deserves a raise and apuppy and a fancy cake for the incredible EMOTIONAL work that they do every day. It?s not expected or required on my behalf, butit sure makes me smile. Very good Caribou. I ordered a vanilla soy iced latte with extra vanilla and it was spot on! Sometimes you can barely taste the... vanilla. This is so far my favorite Caribou in the cities. Read more
