My first experience at Dunkin and I won't be back. Employee was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how I was, did not come off... friendly. Was leaning over the counter and didn't even read my order back to make sure she got it right. She also had very longnails with jewelry hanging off, which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. My son really enjoys Dunkin' donuts I don't really eat down It's although I do love them they're just not good for me lol.

The other reviews mention this, but it's all true. I've stopped here 3 times as I travel through msp quite often, and all 3... times orders have been rang in wrong, they don't hand out receipts, and it's mass confusion at the pick up counter. Also theydo something weird with their cups or containers for cooked eggs, as all the food here that requires any kind of water or steambeing applied to it taste like soapy water. The pastries (bagels, muffins) are fine though and those are the same high qualityyou've come to expect from other dunkins. Read more

Bad customer service. I ordered hot coffee but the person rang as Ice Coffee. The young guy making the coffee was extremely... rude. The food (veg egg white) was cold looked prepared. I can tell you that I am not a coffee drinker but when I do I go forDunkin but this experience was totally bad.
