A bit of a scam, they charge you for slightly different things than you ordered resulting in a larger charge. My salted caramel... cold brew was charged as a cold brew with salted caramel added, resulting in it costing about $0.70 more. Really sketchybusiness practice. Read more

Customer service was great but I ordered a chai and I got a coffee.
So very standard Dunkin Donuts coffee shop. Nothing really special about this place except it's inside MSP.
