I get BBQ here often and know the ribs I order will be perfect every time. I also eat lunch here and it is a nice place to have... a meal with friends or large groups. The staff here are always kind and helpful. The parking is adequate with a large lot onthree sides of the building. Read more
Was really excited to come here and then slowly regretted it as every family received their order before us, including everybody... who arrived before us. I was literally starving. Had extended family over for one day and I learned they can’t be trusted togive us a good experience consistently. I was gifted a $50 gift card for my birthday. I brought my mom for dinner and used all but .38. Very expensive and small... portions $50!!! The wait was 40 minutes. We both asked for chicken (white meat- specifically) when the food came I said is thisis white meat (it wasn’t) and she said “yes” my mom said it’s her birthday! She said “happy birthday” I said thankyou as she quickly left the table. I did Go up to the counter to ask for white meat and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes ontop of 40 minute wait for my meal. I called the manager right after and they put the phone on the counter so I could hear allthe conversations happening in the kitchen. Ugh. The manager was nice and said my “next experience would be better” not“come back in so we can get you a birthday dessert” I said it was $50 and it was my birthday and I actually told her itcan’t get much worse after explaining the whole experience. It was worse then I’m adding here. I didn’t even eat my mealand I left my birthday dinner disappointed… never again. Ick, ick, ick I think I’ll pickup ice cream for dinner and if evergiven a gift card for Famous Dave’s again I will give it away. Read more
You can't rush near perfection!! The food here is consistently good to great. I ate at this location multiple times and rarely... disappointed. I love the decor and the atmosphere is cool also. I like that they have multiple TVs and you can watch thefootball game on Sundays there. I like that they have lunch specials and staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite is the ribtips???? I like it. I like the diversity of the staff. My only problem was the accent of the take out order personnel which made it... impossible for me to place a taje order. I don't believe she works at that location though. I didn't see an Asian woman. But maybe my bad. I didn't understand. Otherwise, I felt comfortable and welcomed as is true at all the Famous Daves, I recall.Food good. Read more
This used to be our place to go...graduations, birthdays fun...this place has gone way downhill. We went there for Fathers day,... We were told right from the beginning it would be an hr wait for food. It was so hot out and the air conditioning was nonexsistent. We asked the employees if they could at least turn up the air and they were told they could not. We ended up leavingbut my husband did speak with the manager and instead of listening she barked back to him. So sad because we really did lovethis place. Read more

Me and my wife stopped to pickup a online order. We go there and the order was cancelled don't know why so we ordered food again... was told it would be 20-30 minutes waited 1 hours and 15 minutes for food. Finally got the food and headed home not worth it allthree of us got upset stomachs and more through the night and will not eat there again and I've been eating at famous Dave's foryears and my wife and daughter both worked for this company bad location staff seemed slow manager was not helping much and wasjust pacing around ..
