I never been to a fire house sub, I was not given an option of what type of bread I wanted. They forgot my drink. It did not... feel comfortable there. Read more

It was decent enough but it is definitely fast food and not something like a homemade sub at a proper deli. Also, take note... it's extremely expensive because you're at an airport. Read more

Might have tasted good, but we waited after paying for 20min with no sign of our food. Had to leave and just barely made our... flight. Was thinking a sub place would be quicker. Read more

Ordered a Hook&Ladder on the run at MSP and got a Veggie. Money wasted. I tried to eat it but there was so much melted... ?cheese? everything just slid out of the bun. First time at a Firehouse Sub. Will have to try again elsewhere. Read more

Loved the brisket and cheddar sub. Wife thought it had too much fat. She may not be alone, so consider trimming the brisket a... little more b4 the 16 hour smoking process! Very tasty!!! Read more

$17 for a meal and my sandwich was extremely wrong. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch (without onions). In the picture you can... see it has no bacon and when I took my first bite I could taste mustard?? You can also see the mustard looking sauce on thebread in between the onions I didn?t want. I gave it a two star because I did see what appeared to be the manager stepping up tohelp the extremely backed up pickup order wait line. I wanted to return the sandwich for a refund but I had zero time due to anupcoming flight and the amount of people waiting for their food was was too long. Sad day :( Read more

Not much to look at and not tremendous in stature, but at least the bulk of a large burger and in the same $9-$10 price range.... Hook & Ladder Sub, $9.83 with taxes and fees. A decent option among rather few alternatives (several "temporarily closed"establishments). Kudos for the spacious and daylight-drenched food court - it is at least half of the total appeal. A steadystream of pilots and airport staff ordering subs is also validating. Read more
