Went into Potbellys today for the BOGO. I understand everyone is understaffed and it was peak lunch hour. But when I am waiting... for 30 minutes and the staff can't tell me where I am in line for pickup it is very frustrating. After waiting for 35 minutes, Idecided to leave without my meal. I hope Potbellys can make it up by giving a credit for next time I come in or a refund on theorder . Read more
Super awesome place!! The young man making the sandwiches, Luke, was so polite and fun. My sandwich was stupendous!
Good quality meats that are so tasty for a lite lunch.
From the front door to the stainless lids in the food prep line this place needs a cleaning. Tables do not look clean.

Location: B. I have been to this location several times. It has always been clean and the staff have been, while not overly... cheery, at least not rude. Potbelly: D. I am a huge sub fan. Potbelly has a great selection of sandwiches, but their bread hasbeen much too dry in all the locations I've been to. To compensate I put their vinaigrette on the sub, which is good, but Iwould rather not have to. I would recommend going to a different sub place. Read more
This store has an employee shortage and should close when they do not have the staff. I went three weeks ago and waited for 45... minutes to get my order. Ownership needs to pay staff more. mamas meatball and Pizza sandwich are my sons favorites!!! Read more
