Literally disgusting ? the tacos look like dog food and the employees sit around doing nothing. The place is dirty and I... honestly think they'll be shut down by the health department in a couple of months. So gross. I think the health department should seriously visit this establishment. It is not clean. The staff are very rude. ... Tacos are very easy to make and hard to mess up, but Rusty?s managed to make the food gross and take about an hour for sometacos. Read more
Visited this location twice and both the times the location felt dirty. Not only the tables, chairs but the floor also feels... sticky and dirty like it hasn?t been mopped in a long time. Today the food took a really long time to come out of the kitchen.The place was filled with smoke from all the cooking as well. They were out of salsa and hot sauces as well. PLEASE READ BEFORE HEADING TO THIS RUSTY TACO LOCATION....... Do not go to this Rusty Taco, worst location ever. Very dirty,... trash is full all the way up to the rim, trays for food are very dirty, air circulation very poor. The whole place smells likeburnt grease that made me felt like I was the cook in the kitchen. We ordered the food and didn't even eat it. We just up andleft due too cleanness and quality of food along with burnt grease smell. When we came out we smelled like grease. This placeneeds better management. Read more
Do NOT go here unless you want to throw your money away. I ordered two baha shrimp tacos with a side of beans and a side of... rice. I waited 30 minutes, only to be told they were out of rice? so I asked for either a refund or to substitute something else- they gave me a bag of stale chips. I still hadn?t gotten my food, so I waited another 10 minutes and my name was finallycalled. I?m handed the bag and look inside and there is only one taco? at this point it wasn?t worth my time to wait foranother. So I leave and realize I don?t have the beans, go back in and they give me these (pictured) dried up, crusty beans thatweren?t even 1/2 way filled. I get home to finally eat and my taco is in the wrong tortilla shell and it has 2 tiny pieces ofshrimp on it and I had to spit the shrimp out because it was so salty. Not only are they understaffed, but the people who dowork there do not know how to run a kitchen. However, I don?t put the blame on the workers. Todd and Carin, why don?t you take abreak from your big shot lifestyle and lake cruises from time to time to help out at YOUR restaurant? Still waiting....35 minutes in for my order as I sit and wait... appears to be cooking 1 order on the stove top at a time... package it up clean the stove and start the next order. 3 employees during the lunch rush? I've ordered takeout from here 3 times now. Every time, my order has been ready even earlier than promised. Always tastes... delicious and fresh. I am also always impressed by the prices considering the high quality of their food. $25 for two people ischeaper than Chipotle these days, and way tastier. Read more
