Very bad experience with workers there, very slow work to pour just 2 coffee, plus very rude personnel-some by name Syd (Sid) -... good combo kick at us as customers - very unwelcoming actions, bad treating and very not trained to deal with clients.Unapologetically short working hours for dine-in without a reason. PS. We could not put up with this - contacted with CentralCustomer service - the Case number we got #221019-002737. PS2. This Starbucks is next to one of my favorite restaurant so I go to this coffee shop at least twice a week with my friends. It?s... been over a year and we never get good customer service. I usually like Starbucks in general. They do well especially for being such a big chain. I won?t be back to this one. To make my... drive through order easier for the staff, I preordered on my phone ap. I did this when I entered the 7-9 car line for a singleiced espresso. Also when it was safe to use my phone in a car. When I arrive up at the order prompt in a very rude voice I wastold ?order next time 15 mins before you arrive? as in I didn?t order early enough. I mention there?s multiple cars ahead of meand my order was received earlier than if I just ordered now when I finally got up to the intercom? I told her my usualStarbucks prefers this so they don?t need to spend the time taking my order and payment. Then I hear her just laugh and say?okay? like a snarky 13 year old. First stop for coffee outside the MSP airport heading into Wisconsin. Conveniently located at an intersection. Walkin feel was... friendly, really nice people working here. Bathrooms very clean. Coffee was great. Try the carmel latte, it will change yourlife! While here, the drive through went from empty to insane, but it kept moving. Read more
