Oddly this is an amazing place for tacos and burritos 2nd time here now food is consistent excellent we'll be here again.
So glad they changed this from that other taco place... website gave no info about online orders... placed a huge order in the... drive thru... was politely asked to call ahead or come inside for large orders in the future... food here is so delicious, if Iwere rich, I'd circle around the drive thru and place the same large order again, and again, just for grins ???? Have not been to this area since the 80s. Zantigo still has great fast Mexican themed food. Hot and tasty.
We last visited a Zantigo's 40 years ago in Cincinnati, Ohio (Calhoun St ? in Clifton). Of course, the franchise has pretty... much disappeared since then. When we had a chance for a short vacation in the Minneapolis area, we specifically planned forlunch at Zantigo's. The night before our visit, visions of cheese chilitos, tostadas and burritos danced in our heads. Theactual visit didn't live up to our expectations. The cheese chilitos were pretty much the same and we enjoyed filling up onthem. The hot ones weren't nearly as spicy as I remember. There wasn't a tostado to be found anyplace. There chilitos are phenomenal. I wish they were a bit cheaper, but then I would probably just eat there too much. I do have a... complaint of their packaging, I got chips and salsa and the salsa was upside down in the bag. So that was a mess. Read more
Great food, staff always seems like they're having a good time
Food is great. Good quality, and tasty. But the service (especially through the drive-thru) is *painfully* slow. Like... 15-minutes-for-two-cars slow. If you have the time to wait, great, but "casual" is a better description than "fast food". Read more
This is my go to place when I have to pick somebody up at the airport and I am going to wait for them to deplane. I sit and eat... cheese chilitos and then it's a straight shot over to the main terminal. Read more
