Bruggers has pretty good bagels and some of the flavors of cream cheese are okay. But for the love of god do not ask them to put... the two together. This was such a waste of money. I paid almost 18 dollars for 4 bagels with cream cheese. Look at the picturesfor yourself and judge if this is an okay amount of cream cheese. I'm not asking for a new york bagel here, just more than atablespoon per bagel. The pictures I attached include a side profile of the cream cheese bagel half, notice the other half hasno cheese, and an overall photo of the bagel. Everyone agrees this place needs improvement. My reccomendation: buy a bag ofbagels, a couple tubs of cream cheese, and assemble at home. Also, do not get the lox salmon cream cheese...it has brown peicesof salmon and it includes skin. Every bruegger's should come to this location to learn how to make an appropriate sandwich. Every single time customer service... is perfect the bagels are perfect. This location is the definition of quality all the way around. Read more

Specifically the store on Grand has horrible customer service! The other Bruegger?s locations, that I?ve been to, have wonderful... people who work there. The store on Grand has the worst customer service and if you can visit a different location, I recommendyou do! Read more

I love their bagels and will continue to patronize, but they really need to do better with online orders. They are consistently... behind and disorganized. I plan on a solid 30-35 mins if I order ?ahead? instead of the 15-20 quoted. One time our bagels werejust sitting behind the counter instead of in the pick-up area (finally figured it out once we asked about our order afterwaiting 10 mins.) Adding the new coffee drinks/ lattes has just further slowed down the process Read more

Experienced the rudest customer service imaginable. The manager (tall, bald, long beard) just puts out this really angry vibe.... Didn?t say ?hi? back though we were face to face for a few minutes. Made me wait behind a customer having a large order filledfor several minutes. I was literally afraid to ask him the obvious ?can you get me 6 plain bagels? question because he justlooked ready to blow. Young woman who was at the register was very nice to me after this guy finally went to the back kitchenarea. I won?t be returning for a long time if ever. Follow up: I did reach out to Breuggers contact us same day I postedreview. Never heard from anyone at your company Read more

Terrible customer service - waited for over 15 minutes to get a bag of bagels and cream cheese. There were 5 employees,... including the manager, and only one person was helping the customers despite a long line. The rest were hanging out behind thecounter and talking to one another. At first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then it just got ridiculous whenthey seemed to be taking all costs to avoid customer interaction. Read more

This particular Bruegger?s somehow hires the most incompetent staff members out of any location I?ve seen. I?m not sure if it?s... just constant turn over and new hires but every single time I stop in here it takes 15+ minutes for me to get a bagel sandwichwhich usually involves the sandwich artist that is making it constantly checking a note sheet of ingredients and asking anotherstaff member where certain ingredients are located. And I?m not ordering anything complicated, usually a western sandwich offtheir menu. The food is good, just don?t expect to making a quick stop if you?re in a hurry. Read more

They manage to still make the great bagels I expect from bruegger's, but everytime I'm in there the service just sucks. It's... always something, manager standing around chatting up employees while customers wait, running out of everything bagels at noonand not putting more in to cook, all four employees handling one to go order while people stand in line, I now drive 15 minutesout of town to get my bagels at the bruegger's in Sunray mall, the experience is always much nicer.
