Served us two breakfast sandwiches cold. Couldn't administer a refund to the card I paid on- needed someone else (a manager I... assume) to come to the store to do that. Refused to refund in cash (I understand company policy is to administer a refund thesame method as payment was rcvd but I've also worked enough cashiering jobs for different companies that I know there is usuallysome wiggle room for making a decision in the business/customers best interest). Very hit or miss place. For two-three weeks I would order the same thing from here nearly every day. One time I got a drink and... it somehow tasted like Chinese food. Another time, tasted like ink and I couldn?t finish it. Either way, one things for sure isthat their drinks are almost always way too sweet. I think out of the 20 or so times I?ve ordered from here, it?s been goodabout 6 of those times. Edit: I forgot to add, the staff is extremely nice and friendly though. Read more
