If i could give this place 0 stars I would!! Food is not fresh at all!! Had Big Al (manager) make me two sandwiches for me and... my father and the cucumbers weren?t fresh and were super bitter! Instead of quickly making us new subs he was incredibly rudeand refused to help us out. Said he will refund our money and kept yelling ?get out of my store? and swearing at all. Never comeeat here!!! Customer service does not exist kept telling everyone to step back extremely rude and made a customer leave before he even got... too order their food and they just barely acknowledged your presence there. They all had a look like I was causing an issue onmaking them help me instead of whatever they were doing. I'd honestly give 0 stars if I could Read more

Rude. Told me I was standing in the wrong spot when I was just trying to read the menu. I went and stood where they wanted me... to and then completely ignored me. I never was able to get my lunch. Read more

I walked into here 12 minutes before they closed. There was a worker making a sandwich for customer so I assumed that I would... still be able to order something since all of the food was still out and they didnt start closing yet. A second worker wassitting doing nothing but when I walked in he quickly walked into the back. A third worker, who I assumed was a shift manager, walked out of the back and was in the middle of a phone call and walked outside. Then the second worker came out from the backand walked up to me and didn't even give me eye contact and rudely stated, "Umm we're closed. At least that's what I was told totell you." He said this while im standing next to the customer who is still being helped by worker #1. All four of us look atthe clock on the wall that says 8:50. Then I turn to everyone and they all look at the floor. I didnt even want anythinganymore. The humiliation made me lose my appetite. I was so appalled that today in 2019 people of color like myself still haveto encounter situations like this. Having service denied to them simply because they are a person of color. When I steppedoutside I asked the worker that was on the phone if they were closed and she looked at me confused. Like why would I be askingher if they were closed if she just saw me inside about to order something. She said, "No, we're not closed." I said, "Well, that guy just told me you guys are closed. 'At least that's what he was told to tell me.'" She looked so confused by this andstarted walking back in, she hung up the phone and waved me to come back inside behind her. I just turned and started walkingtoward my car. That just proves to me that they were in fact not closed at all and that I was in fact turned away because of anentirely other reason. The only reason that could be is because I was not caucasian. All three workers and the other customerwere caucasian. Can anyone else come up with another reason from this situation? Please I would love to hear your Read more
