Good quality ramen and most are $20 or under????. Too light on meat/chicken for me, but may be their intent. Food delivery was... on the slow side, but we’ll prepared & presented. Read more

Literally the best. Run, don’t walk. I’ve been going to Tori since it’s humble first brick and mortar location. The... technique and care that goes into each and every component of the bowl is insane. Every bowl is unique and vibrant, many havefresh, in-season toppings and a few contain some house made ferments (that burdock is to die for). Every bowl is unique. TheBali Bali is what’s pictured, a tahini heavy bowl bursting with umami. It’s now located in a streetcar with a small diningroom and bar attached. A cozy place, so don’t expect immediate seating for any groups over four people. The vegan andvegetarian options are so well crafted that they taste identical to their omnivore counterparts. Vegans, go here. I can keepgoing, but damn. I love these bowls. You will too. Read more

My wife and I went here for date night and I had one of the best meals that I can remember - for sure the best ramen in the Twin... Cities, hands down. Bite after bite (slurp after slurp?) my experience only got better - the slow egg held so much flavor! Whenordering, the waitress mentioned that people often order a main dish for themselves and take some home as leftovers. That'sabsolutely laughable. Leftovers? Nah. Everything went in my belly. So. Dang. Good. The drinks list is slightly limited, but itoffers a good complement to the menu. They were also out of a few dish components, but we were made aware of this beforeordering, and we were still amply satisfied by our experience. Also, the location is super cute - so much charm and character. For sure coming back really soon. Read more

Best ramen I've every had. Very rich and dynamic flavors. It is pretty expensive but it's definitely worth it and you get quite... a lot for one order. This is the Bali ramen. The restaurant itself is also very pretty, lots of plants and has a vintage traincar vibe in the back Read more

I visited as a party of two on a Friday evening. Street parking was easy to find. We were seated immediately and the service was... attentive. I orders the r&r shoyu. It wasn’t my favorite, the broth was bland. However, my spouse ordered a different type oframen and had a very flavorful broth. I appreciated that the menu had a vegetarian section. The restaurant was inside whatappeared to be an old train car with an addition. We ate in the train car and it was a pretty cool vibe. Read more

My partner and I came here for the first time they had their 10pm-3am menu. Atmosphere is very cozy and nice, cute building. We... were sat next to a drafty window when it was about 15 degrees outside at a teeny tiny table. My partner kept bumping his elbowon the window cill whenever he ate. We ordered the strip club fried rice and the shoyu ramen. The rice was amazing! Beautifullyplated with delicious sauces and mixture of vegetables. The ramen however was subpar at best. Traditionally Japanese ramen comeswith a salty pork broth, however this broth was unbearably sweet. The noodles were softer than usual, and the chicken that wasin it was fine I guess. Best thing about the dish was the soft boiled eggs. Service was slow but it looked like they onlystaffed one waitress. There was a cook that kept coming from the back kitchen to sit with his friends and made a fit when hismanager didn’t allow them to drink past last call. We might come back for the fried rice, but do not order the ramen here. Read more

Great food and drinks. We had a salted chicken ramen and the Bali ramen. The salted chicken ramen had a lighter broth and was... tasty. It has juicy chicken and a good amount of noodles. The Bali ramen was much more thick and had a great district peanuttaste. Bali was more filling and heavy but both were great. I had the Rising Sun which is an old fashioned which came with asmoked cone-shaped ice and an orange slice which represented the mountain and sun. The taste was great and only got better astime went on. I had a glass of the merlot and their cab as well and cloth were great. The staff and owner are very friendly andseem happy to be working. I'd recommend Tori for drinks and ramen and will definitely be coming back. Read more
