I?ve been to many Cafe Rio locations. I order the same thing every time, and am always happy with my meal. This location missed... the mark, because they served me a raw flour tortilla for my burrito. Not sure where the gap is, but they really need to traintheir folks to cook the tortillas and not assume the impinger will cook it. I typically love the food, this was nasty. Read more
Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious. Buuuut they were literally out of everything and the first person to help us seemed... like he hated his life. I mean bro, me too, but you definitely just gotta fake it till you make it. The second person was reallynice and up beat too. Read more
So disappointed with our tacos. We usually love the food at Cafe Rio, not sure if Cafe Rio in general has gone downhill or just... this place (never eaten at this one before). Very little meat, the lettuce was brown and even though requesting cheese, theytried to pass it through with no cheese. FInally, got about a teaspoon of cheese per taco. Asked 3 times for more cheese and gotabout 2 teaspoonfuls. When I pointed out that the lettuce was not very fresh, the server said "it's fresh, just not verypretty." One of the servers kept yawning with his mouth wide open and sweating profusely. When I brought it home, my dtr.commented on how skimpy the tacos looked. The rude older white lady with blonde hair that closes needs to be trained on customer service. She has absolutely no patience... because she is being overworked in the mobile order department. She has no sense of time management or problem solving skillswhich makes this location a no go for most people I know. Great quality food with no customer service means less customers. Ifyou don't like people then don't work in a service industry. Never in ally years have I seen someone who doesn't want to dotheir job. Read more
Food was very bland as well as cold. Although the cashier wore gloves I was alarmed that she was working the cash register and... also handling our food. Definitely will not go back. Not a good experience! Read more
Have been going to the location since they opened and have enjoyed it. A month ago we went on a Sunday for lunch and they... seemed disorganized and the typical management staff was not there. We received poor quality food and for my wife?s sides wereovercharged. Went back today for another chance and had a duplicate with the exception of being overcharged. Portions haveshrunk and prices have gone up. Will probably wait awhile and then give this location one more opportunity hoping they can turnit around. Read more
Update, went Christmas eve 2021, just disgusting. The guacamole was brown through and through. The salad ingredients were not... strained, old limes, lettuce was wet and not dried off. There was so much liquid in the bottom of my tortilla shell that wasjust soggy as gross can get. I'm sorry Cafe Rio, this just sucked for 70 dollars worth of food. And you should be sorry. I amso disappointed, that I will not be back at all. It was a terrible presentation of your food, which you could tell a year ago Iloved it. Read more
Been to several locations the service is Always good here tonight the place was dirty where food is prepped and Rice was clumped... and dried out, sauces were dried out and the house dressing for Salad it wasn't the same it was beyond runny i took a friend whohad never been i left happy with service not so much food this time.
