Ordered Nachos Supreme and Carne Asada fries. Fries were eatable. Nachos were cold, contained no tomatoes. Other fast food... restaurants might be a better choice. Will not return. Read more
Incredibly disappointed with our experience here today. Our server lacked customer services skills, along side his coworker. We... were treated like unwanted guest. Our server seemed to intentionally avoid out table, and would give us cold stares. It was suchan uncomfortable experience. Once we were ready to pay, an older lady came to our table, With a negative demeanor and said, ?whoever is paying with Apple Pay come with me?. We were so confused by her negative attitude. At this point i have had enough,and I said, ? there is no reason for you to come to our table and be rude unprovoked.? Which she respond with, ? i was just sentover here because someone was trying to pay through apply pay, so who ever is can follow me?. I was shocked at this womenbehavior. Her facial expressions, tune and body language was unacceptable. She could have said, ? I?m sorry I didn?t mean tocome off rude, anything really. Instead she disregarded what i said and started walking away. In this economy, you would thinkemployees will be treating paying customers with dignity, and respect. We felt bad but ultimately decided that there behaviorwas inexcusable; leaving no tip. When walking out our server asked one of the girls, ?are you guys all high schoolers? in whichshe responded , ?no but we sure were treated like some.? We are between the ages of 27-35 My assumption is that they feltcomfortable treating us disrespectfully, because they thought we were kids that were planning on dinning and ditching. Read more

For the past week I have tried a different dish each time I went. Breakfast, lunch and dinner each were excellent. They also... have two of my favorite desserts; flan and fried ice cream. Ice cold and so salty it was inedible. Guacamole had so much garlic in it even after reheating all I could taste was salt and... garlic made it through three bites and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich which was 4 star compared to this Californiaburrito. I don?t know why this place has gotten so bad. Used to be great every time. After three horrible orders in a row it?stime for a review. Unfortunate experience at this establishment that my family and I frequent often. The food is good but service is terrible.... Manager Mayra was made aware of multiple missing items from our phone order that we went all the way to the restaurant to pickup and bring home, to find out we didn?t receive all our items. When I phoned the restaurant to let them know all I was offeredwas to drive all the way back to retrieve my missing items! Not even to replace the order another time, let alone any refund wasout of the question. Hence the terrible customer service by manager Mayra. Again very unfortunate experience being newer membersof the community that have frequented this establishment quite a bit. This is definitely not the first time this has happenedhere and I have not even always reported it to the restaurant but being how I was treated poorly by the manager reminded me whyI have not bothered. It?s not everyday you can find a go to place tacos but this place has beat all expectations! We found this place on an... advertisement for the area and we were craving some tacos to check it out. Their menu is a typical Mexican place with tons ofoptions and they have some great specials for tacos. We got a few tacos types, all the plates come with rice and beans.Fantastic choices and taste and some great salsa to mix it. Reasonable prices too! Read more
