They need to change there start times, walked in the open door 30 seconds before 1030. Were not open. So went next door and gave... someone else my money since they didn't want it. As I'm leaving the other place, more people are standing outside waiting forChiplote to open and this is now past 1030. Make your start time 11 if you can't be ready by the time the door says. Corporate contacted: I am contacting to request a FULL refund on order number I3T-YA7. Total $51.80. This is the second time... ordering from this location that an order has surpassed a 20 minute wait time. I ordered this at 6:03pm for 7:10pm pick up andthe order was not completed till 7:30pm. Our order was wrong or incomplete in the following ways: 1. Missing guacamole andlarge chips per order 2. Missing side of sour cream per order 3. One bowl was ordered as white rice and chicken only; came brownrice with beans only - no chicken. 4. Another bowl was brown rice, chicken and cheese only; was missing the cheese. 5. Noutensils or napkins in bag per usual accommodations. The store could not offer a refund nor did offer a gift card; for themissing items. Additionally staff was not professional nor polite. This location has been becoming more and more disappointing.We go there often and recently the establishment is a mess, out of drinks and ice more often than not. The lids to drinks pinchthe straws making the straws break. Due to the order being so inaccurate and wait time I am respectfully requesting a fullrefund. Otherwise I will contact my bank to process a chargeback on this order. Read more
I think this is the worst Chipotle we have ever been to. I think everyone behind the counter was high. They moved so slow, no... sense or urgency at all. While waiting I watched an employee fill a to go order with veggies picking them up one at a time. 6people were ahead of us and it took us 20 minutes to order, then another 5 minute sitting at the register while our food wassitting there cause everyone was hanging out in the back. It was awful. I put an order in online and told it would be ready by 6. I checked in w h en I arrived. I was told my food wasn't... ready. I gave them my name 2 more times in the next 45 minutes. I was told it was coming. Atv6:46 I asked one of the cooks and th ey found my order on the shelf. They tried to give it to me but I asked them to remake it since it had been there 45 min. Iwas told that "this time they would make it for free". It was the worst customer service I've had in menifee. I'm disgusted. Ihad to wait in line e to have my food remade at the counter. Went last night 8.7.22.. counters they use to prep your food we?re pretty dirty, I guess if you order a bowl you?ll be fine but... a burrito your tortilla is touching all those surfaces. They were out of cilantro rice, and cheese. Probably will not return! Read more
Don?t ever go at night, everything is extremely dirty, food everywhere and the staff is extremely rude. The customer before us... was trying to order food and they did not care about any of his requests, he left upset and the staff said they met their?quota? for the day and didn?t care if he left upset. The food left was a mess! Food everywhere and mixed together, they wouldeven use the same serving spoons for different items. We left right away and ordered next door at panda which was very clean andfriendly. If I were managing this store I would be extremely embarrassed and quit because you clearly don?t know how to manage acrew and keep customers happy no latter the time of operation! Read more
It?s a great place to get a quick bite to eat but that?s all your going to get is a quick bite and you will be hungry 10minutes... later. Upon entering the staff is friendly. I thought it odd being served by women and the men were in the back cooking, buthey, at least we were served right away. Portions are small unless you get a burrito filled with a bunch of rice and beans ,hardly no meat or cheese. I get the pros of the healthy options but it?s so over priced! I think this place gets overwhelmingresponse but lacks the makings of an authentic Mexican American restaurant. Read more
