This location is clean, friendly and new. The parking lot is a bit tight. Tenders and sliders are the main entre items. The... slider is a mini sandwich served with coleslaw and the tender is a chicken strip served on a piece of bred. The menu offers avariety of different spiciness options going from none to Reaper strength. Medium spice is quite adequate for significantspiciness and you should start at mild or lower, if you are averse. But why would one go to Daves Hot Chicken and not get Hot?You can order these and other items, a la carte items, like mac n' cheese, fries and slaw. If you're anywhere near the Menifee area Dave's Hot Chicken is what you want for dinner tonight! The food is great but the staff... really puts this restaurant above and beyond everything else in the area. The person who took my order, Harley, was one of thenicest people I have ever dealt with in a restaurant, her smile and customer service was worth the trip alone. But, the food wasgreat as well! A must try, the food is on another level of hot. The spices are different not your regular spicy chicken with sauce they added... rub spice. I personally tried the reaper chicken ???? .... all I can say is wow try at your own risk. Cool vibes. I like the art on the walls. The two sliders are a good size, my wife and I shard the two sliders. They were plenty... for the both of us. Mac n cheese were like any Mac n cheese, nothing special there. The chicken was juicy, the batter is verydense with spices. Personally I still think canes chicken tastes better. I know it's not supposed to be healthy but you canreally feel the grease pumping through your arteries after. 15$ for the two sliders with fries. Finally a hot chicken place in this area! And it's Dave's! I've tried other locations and the quality is always consistent!... Portions are fair and the little stack of pickles they give you is nice. Fries are alright, the sauce is the best part of itall. Like others said, prices are a touch steep, but I think it's fair for the amount of food you're getting. I loved Dave's Hot Chicken! The line was a little long when we got there but the food was delicious!! You could smell the spices... when you walk in the door and the smell of the spices smacks you in the face when you open the container. I'm not much of aspicy hot food kinda person. I like a little spice but not too much. I got Mild and it was the perfect amount of spice for me!Mild had just the right balance of hot and blend of other spices.I might go up to medium if I'm feeling adventurous next timelol!
