Management is poor in good service and helpfulness, took them about an hour to notify me they couldn?t make an order for a... delivery pickup I had been waiting for already when another had told me it would be ready in 30 mins. Their sincerity isn?tthere with how unorganized and confused they would be when doing something as simple as keeping one updated or even apologizing.Riley the manager at the time made the last minute attempt to ask the name of the order that was already cancelled to make it asif it could have been done from the beginning, do better. 5 guys is consistently good. Huge customizable burgers and they give more fries than most places. If you're looking for healthy... food, look somewhere else. If you want a massive burger for a great price, go to 5 guys. Read more

The last time I came to a five guys was pre-covid... so I came expecting something great and was handed something else. I... ordered two little cheese burgers, one large fry, as well as two large drinks and a hot dog. I paid almost 40 dollars! I wasflabbergasted!!! My burgers tasted good, but the patty was so small and thin. It has that backyard bbq taste which I love, butmy burger was so small- not worth the 6 dollar price tag at all. The fries tasted good, but I was so dissapointed in the portionsize. I paid almost 7 dollars for a "large" fry and I only got what seems to be a handful of fries. I think the large fry atMcDonald's is bigger. I remember five guys used to load the bag with fries, I guess not anymore. The hot dog was OK. All beeffrank, which I love, but the hot dog overall was so small. I could have bought a whole pack of wieners and buns and had a hotdog feast at home for less than what I've paid for that single hot dog at five guys. I would never come here again. I've paidless for a burger meal at Disneyland. I hate to leave reviews like this, but I feel it is my duty to let the people know. I?ve been a long time supporter of five guys. Haven?t been here in quite a while since before the 2020 shut down. Came to the... Menifee location today and was a bit disappointed. What a mess! The floor was gross every table was dirty, even the chairs werefilthy. I had to ask to get someone to wipe everything down. We had to stand around and wait but they did send someone out andhe?s cleaning everything. We are enjoying the Coke with orange vanilla mix and the burgers are definitely always amazing. Theycut back on the amount of fries though. Prices have really gone up though! Almost $30 for just two of us to eat. Read more
Fries are great! Just order a small fry they give you loads of them. Burgers are okay the are pretty thick so you can get away... with one patty, I got the onions and mushrooms and they were a mess, they just drop out the burger when you take a bite(cutwrong, my opinion). The bun was soggy, I couldn't tell if it was from being streamed or the onions and mushrooms, either wayDisappointed in a burger at that price.. Read more
