Shocked. Saw the good reviews. Food was terrible. Take out- Ordered Chicken Parmesan and Meat Lasagna. Couldn't tell which... was which! Slices of chicken in a bucket of sauce then a solid piece of noodles or chicken? in another serving of overwhelmingsauce. No visable or taste of cheese. We went hungry. Tom, the food was ordered in house, waited, 5-6 pm picked up by me. Itook back to store following day at 4pm. Gave meals and my receipt to a female manager. Read more

Giovanni's was delicious. I got food to go, it was very busy inside but the ready time was spot on. It would have been great if... the Calzone didn't come with sauce, but it wasn't dry. They also didn't offer peppers and parmesan but I'll chalk it up to howbusy it was. Read more

I love the lunch special with pizza & fresh salad. A real deal in this "day & age." The pizza crust is lightly crisp on the... outside, I can taste real garlic in the sauce and fresh oregano too. Went to this restaurant because it was recommended. When we arrived it was quiet, about 3 tables. It was about 7:45 pm. Server... took us to our table we ordered because we had seen the menu before hand, and since we knew they closed at 9 pm we wanted to befast. Server got our drinks, as we waited for our food more people started coming in. It took almost an hour for our food toarrive. Our server came back once to refill soda, never came to let us know if the kitchen was a experiencing a wait time or ifthere was an issue. Our server was just standing in the front talking amongst the other servers. I could see our food sitting inthe window and the server took a while to get it because she was too busy talking to fellow coworkers. After our food arrived,not much was said regarding our food wait. An apology or acknowledging that it had been almost an hour. I asked her for a boxand the check we took our food to go. I understand that restaurants get busy, but on our arrival the restaurant was not busy andthe server did not interact with us the whole time we were there until she brought our food. Been going here for at least 15 years!! The quality of the food is the same today as it was when I first experienced this... wonderful restaurant! And the service is amazing too!! Everyone was so excited when Olive Garden came to town but in my humbleopinion Giovanni's is so much better. Prices are very reasonable too. Read more

I had their Gluten Free pizza with veggies, it was the best I?ve ever had. The cheese was perfectly melted and stringy. Their... pizza is amazing it?s worth the drive from hemet. Also the staff is super sweet. I would give them 10 starts if I could. Read more

Ok, if you aren?t going to even make a small effort to make your food palatable, then please remove it from your menu. For... example, your eggplant sandwich, lord help me, it was abysmal. Where was the eggplant? I got fried, greasy breadcrumbs on a drybun for $13. It was disgusting and you should be embarrassed for serving this mess. Reply to owner: I included a pic in thisreview where you?ll see the dry bread, lack of cheese and eggplant and greasy breadcrumbs. I picked up my order, got home toeat it and discovered it wasn?t palatable, therefore, I didn?t ask for a refund I just made the decision to never patronize yourestablishment again, especially after reading all the reviews.
