I was at the McDonald?s at 26875 Newport Rd Menifee CA on 10/16 ordered using the app and sat at one of the tables that had a... number. Of course the food was not delivered but I was told by the manager at the time that was for blind people and told Ishould have ordered from the Kiosk as then I would have had the table tent with a number on it. Called corporate on Monday andrequested them call me. Which they haven?t done yet. On 10/18 went to McDonald?s in the evening, same issue and of course thesame manage. Going to call corporate when I have the chance today, but this time when I went in, the place was disgusting, foodand trash on the floor, drink counter was filthy, and you could barely put your trash in the provided receptacles. The fewpictures don?t really show how disgusting it was as I did not want to get pictures with people I didn?t know in them. Why do Ieven have to give it 1 star? Read more
Food is fine. I highly recommend no one do the mobile order app and go the curbside pickup though. I've waited about 20 min and... counting... this is the second time this happens. I figured the first time was just a bad day, now it seems like it's a normalthing for this location. Read more
Went to drive thru not even 20 mins ago. Person was rushing us to order. Forgot to order something since I was trying to hurry.... Went to order at pickup and was told they cannot charge me there so I had to either go back through the drive thru or go insidefor it. Upon inspection of what we were handed they shorted us a 6 piece nuggets and never gave us our sauces. Went back insideto get them and wouldn?t ya know it they never even gave me a receipt either. I got to order my 2 vanilla cones and the girl Ispoke to was super helpful in fixing my order. We got home and discovered that the burgers we ordered are super soggy withgrease and the remaining nuggets we had ordered are cold and hard from sitting out so long. If it weren?t for me being superhungry after driving all day I would?ve gone back the 2nd time to get a refund. Maybe I?m expecting too much out of McDonaldsbut the only reason I gave it 2 stars is for the front cashier who helped fix my order. Staff there is getting paid too much forthis type of incompetence. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with light ice. The person helping me was Kim, a manager, who told me the cup wouldn't be full... since I was asking for light ice and the machine pre-measures quantities. I asked her to top off my cup with milk, like theyalways do, and she said that couldn't be done. I asked her that as a manager if she could make an exception and she insistedthat it was impossible. I asked her if my receipt would include a survey so I could complain and she said "Go ahead, it won'tmake a difference." Her unexemplary behavior explains why customer service is mediocre at best at this location. Read more
Rude and apparently there?s some comprehensive issues. Ordered two meals, one didn?t come with a drink so we ordered an... additional drink. She read it back to us but didn?t put anything on the screen so we assumed good. Paid and got to last windowand they told us we only got one drink. The employee was extremely rude and said we?d have to pull around and sit in line againto order the $1 drink? because they messed up. Read more
Order fries at your own risk. Not only do they fill only half the container, when you call them on it, they say the fries... fall in the bag, which they hadn't. Then I get old grease soaked fries. Read more

I am a lover of the McRib. Please don't think less of me. ???? But I was very disappointed in the one I received. There couldn't... have been a teaspoon of sauce on my sandwich. I had to put my glasses on to see it! I'll be heading to another McDonald's beforethe McRib goes away again and see if they are all like that..... some corporate guys scathingly brilliant idea to increaseprofits by $.01 per sandwich.... ????
