I cannot believe this was my first visit to Panda Express! I'm a fan of PF Changs and heard Panda Express was an excellent... choice if you want to go a bit more casual. Well they were right! The food and variety is so good! Everything I chose wasdelicious. The Orange Chicken is excellent! Large succulent pieces in a perfectly seasoned sauce that's not too sweet. Thefried rice and noodles were excellent as well. The restaurant bright and spotless and the employees took very good care of theirguests. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Read more
Worse experience there ever, went in to order food and 2 staff members were speaking badly about me in Spanish, super rude and... racist comments, little did they know?..:. I?m as white as they come but I speak Spanish fluently!!! Will never go there again.So disappointing how the staff there could speak about a customer. My was first time here and it was packed but the line moved fast ! For sure the prices to eat out are expensive ( $30) for two... plates and a side ????) But the food was good ! The kids loved it ! I ordered a plate with one entree & 2 sides - I chose chow mien & beyond orange chicken, I was expecting to pay $9.50 plus tax... as shown on their menu. Somehow, I ended up with being charged extra. I asked them, they said there are extra charges forpremium entree that no where do they state they will charge extra for plant based meat as a premium entree in the store. I thought Panda had instructions/recipes to follow but the food is bad and of course the servings are less. I received exactly 6... pieces of orange chicken that had no flavor and i cant even describe the chow mein. I had stopped going to this Panda for awhileand decided to try them again. No more. First, the food taste good. It's what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. What I don't appreciate is the fact that this... particular store is giving out a very little portion of meat. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and I got 5 little pieces. Myteriyaki chicken were 6 pieces and they were not even cut thick so basically I got a small piece of chicken to begin with. PandaExpress was good. I've been a customer for at least a decade. But the fact that they increased the price of the bowl so youwould be forced to order the plate ($1 difference now compared to $2-3 difference years ago) is a marketing ploy obviously. Soif I am going to order a plate, I expect that it would be thesame portion of meat for the plate version instead of the bowl.This is annoying and I would start considering going somewhere else instead. Ordered 6 items through Uber eats. There is no option to request sauce. You would think that 6 items would come with some sauce.... Nope, not even 1 soy sauce, sweet and sour, teriyaki....NOTHING! And where are my fortune cookies...none of those either. Quitbeing so stingy on the extras!!! Read more
