WOW we just picked up our two pizzas that we ordered and we are so unhappy the chicken pizza looks like it was made yesterday... it was DRY and Hard. For what we paid $$$ and the tip was not worth it at all. best to go elsewhere next time. Read more
Waited over 2 hours for my pizza. Called and they said they handed it off to Doordash so they didn't know what happened to it.... Oh and get this when they hand it to DD they don't track it. Therefore not knowing if it got delivered or not. Got a refund andwent out to eat. Be warned when ordering delivery... I'll be picking up next time. Horrible experience Read more
Hi, Your pizza deal, 2 pizzas for $6.99 each is improperly advertised on your home page. On the ad, it looks like we're supposed... to get nice fluffy crusts. But to our displeasure, we were met with two thin disks of disappointment. Admittedly, I didn't catchthe thin crust limitation in the fine print of the pizza creator when ordering. The ad is misleading and should be updated.These pizzas were not the business and I would've rather had Domino's. A piece of cardboard with sauce and pepperoni would'vebeen better than these. Our dog didn't even want none of that. Thanks for nothing our children and family would rather starvetonight. No but for real though that pizza was trash. Waited for a long time for someone to acknowledge there were two customers waiting for pick up orders. A cook came to assist he... had long hair, a beard and inch long natural nails. No hair net on. The long nails while prepping food is unsanitary. We won'tbe back. Read more
I?ve given this Pizza Hut location the benefit of the doubt before but today was the last straw.. A couple weeks ago I ordered... a pizza for delivery with no contact. The pizza driver knocked on my door and I told him through the ring camera to please justleave it by the door. He rudely threw the pizza boxes on the floor and stomped off angrily. Today I placed another delivery andan hour goes by and still.. nothing. We call the store and after calling multiple times someone answers and we explain thesituation and he says ?Yeah I don?t know where my delivery driver is. So here?s your options..? So... We paid $50 between this dinner box, added upgrade from breadsticks to cheesy breadsticks, cinnabon desert and extra... icing, which we didn't recieve... And there's a ton of marinara sauce, and 4 slivers of cheese. The wings are dried out andeverything about this experience was wrong. Definitely ordering dominos next time.... Pan crust was not available for the 2nd time. Roma Tomatoes were ordered but left off. Toppings were minimal. Pizza was only... warm. Will consider an alternative Pizza restaurant next time. A frozen pizza would be a better option. Read more
