The kitchen was a mess. The guy working there that was prepping the food made a mistake on someone else's order. So instead of... starting over he grabbed the fried fish and wiped it on the metal part of the platform they use to prep food, to wipe the sauceoff. The crust of the fish came off and he threw it back in the taco. That metal part is for trash, food that falls, and it wasfilthy. Black avocado, wilted lettuce so obviously it was sitting there a while. He saw that I was looking at him and then threwit away. The people were just talking. The sauce bar was a mess. Sticky tables that smelled bad. I paid extra for extra veggiesand got like 5 veggies in my bowl. My food is so salty I can barely eat it. I spent a little over $15 for a salad and got saltyold food and non of the extras I paid for. I want a manager to reach out to me. Read more

Cashier made mistake on our order (left a meal out). So I had to wait in line to place a new order. Which is? whatever. Then... cashier leaves the register for who knows why?? Comes back takes the order from the lady in front of me in line and then beforeI can order ( to fix they?re mistake) he leaves again. Cashier didn?t look happy to be working. The reason I give four stars isbecause the lady who was waiting the table (wish I new her name) had the meal ready. As soon as it was paid for, she deliveredthe meal. This Rubio's is on the corner of Haun Rd. & Newport Rd. in the Party City shopping center near Pieology. Plenty of parking, lots... of seating and a nice patio. Shout out to Ryan who was very attentive and helpful with the menu. We tried the California Bowlw/Chicken, Shrimp & Bacon Burrito and a side of Nachos. Everything tasted fresh and was very satisfying. We did struggle to finda wiped down table but wasn't s big deal at all. Overall we had a good experience at this location. Read more
I just picked up my online order drove all the way home and they made it wrong, with steak. I do not eat red meat. Theres also a... weird white jelly type thing in there. By the time I got home restaurant has closed, I cant even drive back. $15 straight to thetrash. I would like a refund. I cannot seem to find a customer service number. Read more
Good food and good staff. The food is tasty and after eating here several times the order has always been good and never had a... problem. Good amount of parking with other eateries and shopping in the area. Indoor and outdoor eating along with a laza forthe kids to run around when the state allows then. Read more
