Very disappointed and will not be returning. They are so inefficient that I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I ordered 1... peach kiwi tea. Waited about 20 minutes. Listened as they called the number before me (56), a phone order, and then 59. When Iwent up to inquire about my drink, the owner said their printer did not print my order, so she was going to make it right away.I sat back down and waited again. Then they called 60. I went up to the owner and asked for a refund. As she was giving me myrefund, they called 61. The owner didn't even attempt to make any effort to keep my business. I love the mango passion green tea. I asked for half sugar but still too sweet for my taste, so next time I will do less but... overall service was excellent and very clean premises and plenty of parking space in the shopping center. Prices a bit high tho Read more
I love this place and glad they opened in Menifee. They provide great customer service. I love that you can customize the... sweetness level and the amount of ice you want with no extra charge (unlike other places). They don't short change you with lesstea if you ask for no ice either. They explain to you how it works if you're new to this place. You can add extra toppings(like ice cream or pudding). Boba is like tapioca. It adds flavor and makes the drink more fun. Lol. Read more
The tea here is good. It?s sharetea, so they?re held to a standard by the franchise. This review is due to this site?s lack of... efficiency. Their wait times are ALWAYS insane. I?ve come to this location on off times and it still takes forever for me to getmy order. They have an online ordering system that I?ve tried the past 3 times and even when I arrive at the estimated time(20-25 minutes), I still have to wait 20+ minutes in the shop. This is insane. To put that into perspective, I can order acomplicated Starbucks order and have my drink ready in 5 minutes. Why does it take them 9x the time to make a drink off theirown menu? Read more
The place is clean and pretty busy most of the time. I would beware of making orders online. 50% of the time they will forget... the online order. So you will need to go up and ask them for it and they will state they will start making it and apologize.Then you will need to wait another 20 minutes before you get anything. You are better off ordering inside than ordering online.I really don't see the point of them promoting online ordering for a quicker service when you will end up waitinglonger. Besides that, the drinks weren't made correctly. Asked for less sugar got full sugar. Asked for full ice and got no ice.I didn't want to go back and have them redo it as I had already spent too much time here.
