I was greeted by an employee but then she went to the back and never came out again. Poor customer service. I supposed... customer service was their top priority being a small business but I guess I was mistaken. I waited 20 minutes no one came outso I just left. Been a regular here since they opened two years ago. Literally here every other day before work. The product and taste is great... but the workers are incompetent and don\'t get enough training. The turnover rate is astonishing you never run into the samegirl twice except for KENNEDY who I am writing this review for. Was hoping she\'d phase out like the rest but nope still hereand is destroying my regular destination. First instance she dropped the stir stick on the ground, picked it up and proceeded touse it to make drinks, disgusting! Second time, after making one drink for another customer she proceeds to start cleaning thework area, goes to the back and gets a mop, literally ignores my drinks until the other girl comes out and ask where\'s myorder. She\'s like oh I didn\'t realize there was another one. How?? You took my order! Third, which was today, another girltakes my order then proceeds to make the customer in front of mine order, KENNEDY comes out and helps out the rest of the linethen makes orders in the opposite order. Last people to come in got out first. Meanwhile I\'m still there waiting for my drinkwhile she\'s already dished out others. KENNEDY doesn\'t know how to use the POS, screen/order or any of the stores systems. Orrealistically, even to use common sense. This place is overpriced(by a lot) compared to the chain boba shop down the block but Ialways wanted to support the small business shop, plus it has donuts. But KENNEDY is ruining this place! Love the food/drinks but not their business practice, or desperation. Ordered an already overpriced Vietnamese coffee, which I... love enough to pay for the price. However, when asking for minimal ice I was about to be charged $1.25 for less ice. Ridiculous.The +$5 for the coffee should already be enough to fill up the cup without ice. Now asking for less ice so I do not receive awatered down coffee I have to pay more? I wonder what would happen if I didn\'t want any ice at all? Perhaps pay double? Iwon\'t get to know because they lost my business despite the food/drinks actually tasting good. I frequently visit dunkin donuts across the street, but was unable to get over due to some construction this morning. I am sort... of glad though. This little family owned shop was great, the donuts were awesome, probably the best maple old fashioned I havehad in a long time. I am sort of a donut fiend.\nCoffee was normal, not piping hot, so I could actually drink it. The place wassmall, but clean and comfortable and had that mom and pop feel to it. I will be visiting this place on my morning walks from nowon.\n\nUPDATE, had a sandwich today, tuna croissant, #13, it was amazing. I know this may sound exaggerated, but it had a greatsoft but crispy croissant, veggies and tuna. Coffee good as usually. And I want to add that the donut this time was exactly thesame, thick, but not too sweet icing and very well made. Read more
I have been coming here for a while and i must say that you can definitely see a difference in the change of management. It?s a... great atmosphere to come into.
