Worst place ever !!! I spent $17.46 on a salmon and veggie bowl and the salmon was burnt at its finest ! I added more waba sauce... and cut up the salmon to jazz it up and I just couldn?t take it !!! The veggies were hard and just overall not enjoyable ! Icalled and Kylie picked up and said ?there?s nothing I can do about it , you have to wait until Tuesday when the manager comesback? with that being said I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS REVOLVING MY MATTER. Always good food I tried the spicy chicken or whatever they call it and it was pretty good. Although I probably won't get the... regular bowl next time I'll probably get the mini bowl cuz I can never finish the entire regular bowl. Read more
Dont waste your time here, the staff are not friendly at all. I waited 15 minutes for a curbside pick up and they never came... out. I went inside and spoke to a miserble wait staff to be given a monotone sorry that was not sincere. I tried to call backand complain to a manager only to find out no manager was even present. I will never come back to this place again. Read more
The Menifee WaBa is the best in the Murrieta/Temecula valley!!!! Have tried them all and will drive the distance to eat here... and always clean and presentable. Keep up the good work! Read more
I love the food so much. I come here at last once a week but the service is AWFUL. The staff is cold and there?s hardly ever a... line but I?m still waiting 15+ minutes when I can see my food sitting there. They?re very slow and consistently incompetent. 75%of the time I?m waiting even longer because the person before me had a messed up order. Sorry to say the service and quality at this location has plummeted. Firstly, there were many guys working when we went in, but... despite there being no line to order we were left waiting at the counter several minutes before being asked if we would like toplace an order( not the pleasant greeting we've experienced in the past). Our chicken bowls both had under cooked brown rice,and our son's favorite tofu Miso soup was a big let down to him, having no tofu in it! Additionally, these guys are so cool,they can't wear there name tags so customers can clearly see their names (as seen in photos they are worn on the sides of theircaps, new company policy?). Lastly, there is a sign requesting customers wear a mask upon entry, which I had no problem doing;however, it really felt hypocritical when the guy taking my order had his practically hanging from his jaw. Very impressed with their chicken & tofu bowl! Add avocado for a little extra treat
So I went in there with my 2 kids on Monday around 2 pm and there was only 1 person in front of me. The manager had to come take... my order because the cashier was incapable of doing her job, it must have been her first day. After sitting there waiting forover 20 minutes I had to wait in line again to talk to the cashier to find out what was taking so long. They finally find myorder and it?s in the to-go bag because allegedly per the manager they called my name and I didn?t get my food. If that weretrue why wouldn?t they call my name again if they knew I was waiting? They definitely did not call my name I was literallystaring at the front counter almost the entire time and neither of my daughters heard them either. I asked the manager for somecompensation for wasting my time and she had the audacity to blame me for not hearing them call my name, she said ?I looked onthe cameras and I saw that they called your name, maybe you went outside?.. And if she actually watched the video she would haveknown I never left the store but instead she lied and insulted me in front of my daughters. Needless to say it was a terribleexperience.
