I?ve been to many yogurt-lands and this is the worst! Employees unprofessional and location was messy. Will definitely not... return. Yogurt taste is not the same as other Yogurtlands, less toppings, and what?s going on with employees in pajamas andslides? I feel sorry for the owner that probably doesn?t know the place is being ruined as most customers are not happy withthis establishment. Owner if you are interested in selling the business let me know I would definitely bring back this businessback to life. Read more
Frozen yogurt is always a good thing, the varieties are great and the taste is just as good. However half the spouts are always... broken, and their customer service often consists of having get someone?s attention to get someone to finally ring you up. Read more
Customer service was not welcoming. Unsanitary conditions, workers eating at the register, one worker was scratching in her... scalp and looking under her armpits(no gloves),in front of customers! We complained and they said nothing. Not even an apology.Food and yogurt all over the machines and on the floor. Lights blinking on the machines (not sure if they were working) signs touse sanitizer with no sanitizer in sight. Will not be going back. Read more
Nothing has changed with this place. It's never maintained. They're are always out of yogurt, maybe only having 1 or 2 machines... that work with flavors no one wants. The staff are nowhere to be found, probably because they know they have nothing availablefor anyone to buy. You're better of going to Lake Elsinore or Murrieta or another yogurt business. The good reviews for thisplace are from people that are paid to do so, your "local guides." Read more
I walked in and already got a bad vibe, the lights were so dark i can hardly see. I didnt even get a ? Hi welcome! ? and thats... not what i care about its fine they must have forgotten, until i went to go see the flavors, half of them were out of service?!All the flavors that werent out of service sounded nasty. I ended up getting the strawberry flavor since it was the only one ihad trusted. And then i went to go get the toppings, and the lady that was serving them to us, was disrespectful! She hardlyeven payed attention to us and had put such a small amount of everything. I have went to better yogurtlands. Hopefully thishelps you guys out. Read more
Today I stopped over at the Menifee Yogurtland hoping for some frozen yogurt to refresh another extremely hot day. Others had... the same idea but the store was locked. After waiting a short time a kind, gracious young gal Kennedy,approached and apologizedfor the disappointment. She is an employee there but was waiting for the supervisor to come let her in as the lead for her shifthadn't arrived and she had no way to get in. Beyond the four realms is a land of enchantment and wonder. A land of fresh fruit toppings and candy mountains majesty where the... yogurt flows with delicious flavor. Make sure you stop by throughout the year because their flavors change with the seasons andare served up by smiling happy workers that have been entrusted to guard this amazing dairy. I'm sad to say this but this yogurt is not good lately and toppings are stale. Also most of the flavors were not available and... the few that they did offer were a weird consistency like "fluffy and airy". So disappointed with this location seems to alwaysbe this way. Its like no one cares about this location. So I'm writing this review to help them to improve before it is too lateand they close down. I'm hoping it gets better soon because I love yogurtland!
