Pollo en crema anyone? This discovery was so delicious. I used to come here many years ago when I worked in Palo Alto. I... would always get the shredded beef taco with rice and beans. One day I decided to try Pollo en crema and I was so happy I did. I?m a flavor junkie and this has the best combo of tastiness. It is chunks of chicken breast sautéed with onions, bellpeppers, and sour cream. Served with rice and beans, and flour or corn tortillas ? whatever you like.
